As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and help turn social media engagement into real client bookings.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager specializing in Instagram and TikTok who understands how to create content that is not only visually appealing but also drives growth, engagement, and high conversion rates.

This role requires someone who can plan, film, and edit content directly at the spa. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, comfortable being hands-on with content production and staying on top of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok
• Create original content including filming videos, taking photos, and editing content
• Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
• Capture in-spa content (treatments, team, client experiences, lifestyle)
• Use trending sounds, formats, and ideas to increase reach
• Drive account growth, engagement, and bookings
• Analyze social media performance and optimize content
• Work closely with the team on marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Strong skills in content creation, filming, and editing
• Experience using editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies
• Experience in beauty, skincare, spa, or wellness industry preferred
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated
• Portfolio or examples of content you created and accounts you managed
