E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and operate our online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and customer communication across multiple platforms including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Best Buy Marketplace, and other e-commerce channels.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience working with online marketplaces.

Duties

• Manage and update product listings across multiple marketplaces
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock when needed
• Process and track customer orders and shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages
• Monitor pricing and marketplace performance
• Work with the team to ensure accurate product information and images
• Handle returns, order issues, and marketplace notifications
