As Celex expands Vorst’s digital presence across the country, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Richmond, BC location.

Position Overview

We are seeking a local, full-time Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, data-driven, and passionate about eCommerce. This role blends analytics, design, email, and execution — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is excited about leveraging AI tools to drive smarter, faster marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Analyze digital performance metrics across platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.).
  • Use data insights to guide campaign improvements and reporting.
  • Email Marketing & Newsletters
  • Plan, design, and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Segment audiences and optimize for deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Content Creation & Graphic Design
  • Design digital assets for ads, email, social media, and product listings.
  • Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strong visual storytelling.
  • Website & Technical Support
  • Maintain and update Shopify and Amazon product pages.
  • Use basic front-end coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for landing pages and emails.
  • Social Media Management
  • Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor trends, engage with followers, and grow community reach.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflows
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic, etc.) for content generation, performance analysis, and productivity enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital tools and suggest ways to integrate AI into our daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Mailchimp, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfortable with basic coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA and eCommerce best practices is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Natural Health Products & Health Canada regulations an asset.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, eCommerce, and using AI to boost efficiency and creativity.
