Location: Remote; Sri Lanka

Hours: Full-time - 5:30am - 1:30pm, IST Colombo time

Role Overview

Are you a proactive, creative, and systems-minded marketing professional who thrives on turning raw content into a high-impact social media presence? Do you excel at keeping busy teams accountable and ensuring a content engine runs like clockwork?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to work with a leading Buyer’s Agent company based in Melbourne.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our content creation, responsible for editing, scheduling, and managing our presence across multiple platforms to ensure we remain a dominant voice in the Melbourne property market.

Your main responsibilities and experience

  • Content Execution & Distribution: Take ownership of editing and uploading content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Podcasts.
  • Video & Audio Production: Utilize tools like Descript and CapCut to perform basic editing and create engaging short-form clips from long-form video and podcast audio.
  • Team Accountability & Planning: Lead weekly meetings to plan ideation and scheduling. You will be responsible for holding the onshore team accountable to content deadlines to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Email & Blog Management: Use templates to pull together news articles and local market movements for weekly emails (via Supermail) and publish them as blogs to the website.
  • Strategic Growth: Transition into full content ideation, copywriting, and creation of static images, lead magnets, and landing pages.
  • Web & SEO Support: Manage WordPress backend edits and apply SEO skills to assist with Google and AI rankings.

What your profile will look like

  • Must have: Proven 2 years of experience in content coordination and social media management, preferably within a fast-paced BPO or agency environment.
  • Must have: Excellent communication skills: Fluent written and oral English is essential for copywriting and professional stakeholder management.
  • Must have: Accountability mindset: You don’t wait for things to happen; you keep the team on schedule and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Must Have: BeingTech-Savvy: Proficient with CapCut, Canva, Descript, Riverside, and Google Workspace. Experience with Monday.com and WordPress is highly desirable.
  • Preferred: A background or strong interest in the real estate or property industry to better understand market movements and auction results.
