- Identify and support analysis of process gaps, data issues, and improvement opportunities within FP&A workflows
- Partner with Technology teams to support translation of FP&A requirements into system configurations, data flows, and automation solutions
- Lead or participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities related to enterprise-level intelligent automation, process improvements, and other key initiatives
- Support alignment of FP&A processes with finance governance, controls, and risk requirements, partnering with Risk and Controls teams on documentation and compliance needs
- Ensure process and system changes adhere to approved finance standards and design principles
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between FP&A, Technology, and Risk/Controls for assigned initiatives or finance domains
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to support alignment, issue resolution, and timely execution
- Support organisational change, training, and adoption for FP&A process, system, and automation updates
What You Will Bring
- Dedication to eBay's Hybrid Model working 3+days/week in Austin, Texas office
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Finance Systems
- Proven working knowledge of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting

- Ability to break down finance requirements and support process or system solutions
- Proven attention to detail, analytical skills, and execution rigor
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a global or matrixed finance organization
