Vice President of Digital Marketing Performance
Dodge Construction NetworkDodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Digital Marketing Performance to lead innovative growth strategies for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Enterprise segments. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this pivotal leadership role involves close collaboration with commercial leaders to enhance our demand generation engine, aiming to significantly increase pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Your goal will be to attract prospective accounts, leverage existing demand, and implement impactful programs that transform interest into actionable pipeline and revenue. You will manage multiple marketing channels—including paid search, paid social, SEO, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives—while partnering with Sales, SDR/BDR, RevOps, and Marketing teams to achieve measurable and scalable results.
This senior leadership position is ideal for a results-oriented and analytical marketing professional with a proven track record in building and optimizing high-performing demand generation engines.

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Growth & Performance
- Develop and oversee the comprehensive performance marketing strategy in alignment with revenue, ARR, and pipeline objectives for both SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Enhance the entire marketing funnel-from creating awareness and engagement to capturing demand, converting leads, and expanding customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution is aligned with funnel goals and revenue outcomes.
- Establish an experimentation framework to consistently test and refine channel mix, creative content, offers, landing pages, and user flows.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Leadership
- Build and execute a comprehensive target account universe (TAM) through rigorous segmentation, tiering (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), data enrichment, and intent signals.
- Design and implement multi-channel account-based marketing strategies that include digital advertising, paid search, social outreach, specialized events, and personalized communication tailored to buyer engagement.
- Establish clear metrics for measuring ABM success, including account engagement, pipeline influence, conversion speed, deal size, and tiered ROI.
- Work closely with the SDR/BDR team to ensure synchronized and measurable outreach strategies that support performance objectives.
- Channel Ownership & Optimization
- Lead performance across pivotal channels: paid search (SEM/Google/Bing), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), SEO, events, and account-based media.
- Ensure coherence in messaging and integration across brand, product, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Oversee landing page and conversion optimization efforts, comprehensive funnel analytics, and meticulous paid media execution supported by thorough tracking and reporting.
- Team Leadership & Operations
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations and analytics team consisting of channel specialists.
- Identify and implement an optimal technology stack to achieve departmental goals with a focus on conversion rate optimization, data enrichment, and AI-driven campaign management.
- Establish transparent KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to ensure organizational clarity.
- Implement a rigorous attribution process to identify key contributions to funnel outcomes.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure high Return on Investment (ROI) and performance accountability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required (MBA preferred).
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on demand generation, with proven experience managing an SDR inbound and outbound team.
- Demonstrated ability to build or scale a world-class demand generation and ABM engine within a B2B technology/SaaS environment, effectively managing the full funnel from lead generation to revenue generation.
- Success with quantifiable benchmarks, including measurable engagement increases in target accounts, year-over-year pipeline growth, paid channel conversion improvements, and reduction in customer acquisition costs.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing technology stacks including Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, 6sense/Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Drift/Qualified, with the ability to analyze data to drive actionable insights.
- Exemplary operational precision combined with strategic insight in developing scalable strategies rather than one-off campaigns.
- Visionary leader with a history of developing high-performance teams and influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders.
