Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant Manager to support the online operations of our brands across key digital retail platforms. In this role, you will help drive online sales and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence across major e-commerce channels, including pure-play retailers and online marketplaces.

You will be responsible for managing and distributing digital assets such as product images, videos, and marketing content, while ensuring product pages across retailer websites are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards. This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital asset management, e-commerce merchandising, and online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain digital assets used across e-commerce platforms, including product images, videos, and marketing content.
  • Ensure all assets are correctly formatted, approved, and optimized before distribution to retail partners.

Asset Distribution & Coordination

  • Coordinate the timely distribution of digital assets to e-commerce platforms and internal commercial teams.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for organizing and sharing brand content across digital channels.

Quality Control

  • Review all digital assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Verify correct file formats, image resolution, and content accuracy before assets are published.

Workflow & Project Management

  • Build and maintain efficient workflows for asset requests, approvals, and distribution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, content, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.

Platform & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain knowledge of technical requirements for various online platforms including file formats, sizing, and platform guidelines.

Product Detail Page (PDP) Auditing

  • Conduct regular audits of product detail pages on key retailer websites.
  • Ensure product information, images, and content are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance product presentation and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and remove expired assets on a monthly basis.

Promotional Calendar Management

  • Maintain and update the e-commerce promotional calendar across online retailers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure promotions are aligned with marketing strategies and updated regularly.

Digital Launch Support

  • Support the execution of digital product launches across e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital asset management, e-commerce operations, or online merchandising.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, online retailers, or e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital asset management tools (experience with Adobe Creative tools is a plus).

Time Allocation (Typical Work Breakdown)

  • 50% Managing retail media assets and PDP assets
  • 20% Conducting monthly PDP audits for top SKUs
  • 20% Tracking e-commerce promotions across retailers and D2C channels
  • 10% Supporting digital product launches
