As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven and versatile Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta advertising and social campaign operations end-to-end.

Position Summary

You will be the single point of ownership for all things Meta Ads and social advertising. This includes ad operations, performance analytics, creative insights, optimization strategies, and adapting to Meta’s ever-changing algorithm. You'll bring both performance focus and creative acumen to this mission-critical function.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Strategy & Execution

  • Manage, plan, and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies using Meta’s tools and custom data
  • Run A/B testing experiments to optimize creatives, copy, and placement

Performance Analytics

  • Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
  • Identify insights from data to inform creative, targeting, and budgeting decisions
  • Maintain clean dashboards with Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Looker Studio)

Creative Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal or freelance designers and content teams on ad creatives
  • Brief static image, carousel, video, and story creatives with performance goals in mind
  • Give feedback on creatives based on CTR and conversion performance

Meta Platform & Algorithm Mastery

  • Stay ahead of Meta's evolving ad platform changes, policy shifts, and algorithm updates
  • Troubleshoot issues with ad delivery, approval, attribution, and optimization

Budget & Operations

  • Own daily pacing, spend forecasting, and budget allocation across campaigns
  • Set up proper tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixel events, custom conversions)
  • Ensure lead flow integrity and CRM integration (Salesforce or Cloud Square familiarity a plus)

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years experience in paid social ad management (especially Meta Ads)
  • Proven track record scaling lead-gen or e-commerce campaigns profitably
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with attribution models, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
  • Creative sensibility with an eye for what works in social media
  • Self-starter mindset and comfort working autonomously
  • Bonus: Experience in the lending/financial services industry or B2B lead gen
