The AutoIQ Dealership Group is looking for a

Digital Marketing Coordinator

who is passionate about the automotive industry and experienced in executing high-performance digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will play a key part in driving leads, enhancing online presence, and supporting sales growth through digital platforms across our 8 dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Execute Paid Campaigns:
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation, event promotions, and retargeting.
  • Oversee Google Ads, with a strong emphasis on Google Vehicle Inventory Ads (GVIA) to ensure our inventory is prominently featured.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust targeting, creative, and bids to maximize ROI.
  • Website Optimization & Management:
  • Ensure website content is up to date, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with web providers to implement automotive website best practices related to VDPs, CTAs, form placement, and mobile performance.
  • Monitor user behavior and make UX improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Digital Content Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to produce banners, landing pages, videos, and digital flyers for ongoing promotions.
  • Update content related to vehicle specials, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and overall traffic attributed to digital campaigns.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights to the management team.
  • Vendor and Platform Collaboration:
  • Work closely with OEM marketing partners and external agencies to align with brand standards and co-op requirements.
  • Stay current with platform updates and industry trends, especially in automotive digital marketing.

Coordinate Marketing for Dealership Events

Support the planning and execution of in-store events such as

private sales, vehicle launches, food drives, community partnerships, and seasonal promotions

by creating event materials, managing RSVPs, and ensuring digital promotion is aligned across channels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry or retail.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads, especially GVIA (Vehicle Listing Ads).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Wordpress, and SEO basics.
  • Familiarity with DealerSocket, Autoalert or similar automotive web platforms is an asset.
  • Strong copywriting and visual content skills.

This is a full-time, onsite role located in Hamilton and/or Oakville with travel to dealerships in Southern Ontario
