The Workplace Transformation Project Manager at Arrow Electronics is responsible for leading complex real estate projects that focus on implementing new technology and improving workplace solutions. This role involves enhancing data quality, harmonizing processes, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decisions within the real estate portfolio. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and drive process improvements aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex medium and large-scale real estate projects focusing on technology implementation and workplace solutions.

  • Use formal project management documentation and methodology.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful project execution.

  • Work cross-functionally with Real Estate, HR, Finance, and external vendor partners.

  • Monitor end-to-end project management efforts, defining scope and objectives.

  • Lead communication activities with in-region stakeholders and real estate leadership.

  • Address project-related escalations to ensure progress and risk mitigation.

,

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, involving key decision-makers.

  • Pursue real estate process standardization and improvement.

  • Track project budget and provide financial analysis of project outcomes.

  • Create and manage BI dashboards.

,

  • Act as a back-up for Workplace Transformation Director when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

,

  • Strong project management background in real estate.

,

  • Understanding of the complexity of large organizations.

,

  • Experience implementing software and software improvements, preferably in real estate.

,

  • Experience analyzing data and recommending strategic solutions related to real estate.

,

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience creating Power-BI dashboards.

  • Project management certification preferred.
