Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in web applications and internal business processes. The ideal candidate will bring exposure to eCommerce platforms, cloud technologies (preferably AWS), and industries such as manufacturing or building materials.

This role will play a critical part in gathering requirements, writing test scripts, supporting go‑live activities, and partnering closely with developers to ensure smooth delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality.
• Support go-live planning, launch activities, and post‑deployment stabilization.
• Create and maintain client documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart for workflow management and documentation.
• Work closely within a small internal team of approximately six members, including PMs and BAs.
• Assist with onboarding and testing cycles planned for January.
• Partner with teams responsible for eCommerce platforms, including Kibo, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart for documentation and workflow management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable).
• Hands-on exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Kibo, Salesforce Commerce, or BigCommerce.
• Strong background in web applications and digital business processes.
• Familiarity with Postman (nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or building materials industries.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies.
• Previous experience working with eCommerce systems and integrations.
