We’re AdSquad: An advertising agency that specializes in supporting B2B and DTC brands. Our agency is seeking a skilled Media Buyer who has a strong understanding of Paid Social Ads and Paid Search. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and optimize successful campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Payment & Role Structure

This role is an Independent Contractor role with varying hours per week – around 10-15 hours per week at most.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage effective digital ad campaigns on -Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Communicate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver desired results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve results.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Experience managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
