KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide and expand a team of specialists across performance channels, promoting teamwork, accountability, and ongoing professional development.
  • Direct the setup, refinement, and performance tracking of campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure all media activities align with core business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships by gaining a deep understanding of their objectives, delivering tailored insights, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign analytics and translate performance findings into actionable insights for internal and client teams.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting across multiple paid media channels with precision and transparency.
  • Enhance operational performance through process documentation, workflow improvements, and the establishment of best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to craft and execute integrated, cross-platform campaign strategies.
  • Uphold meticulous attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to quality standards throughout all project stages.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a media agency role.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at a senior level.
  • Track record of effectively leading, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics and KPIs into strategic recommendations.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities and delegating effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for evolving marketing technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools.

Compensation:$165,000 - $190,000
