Today, we’re evolving into a digital-first marketing platform, offering social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, sponsored content, newsletters and custom digital activations. We work closely with local and regional brands to help them reach highly engaged audiences through authentic, performance-driven digital storytelling.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-oriented digital sales professional with experience in influencer marketing or social media sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell integrated digital campaigns, speak confidently about reach, engagement, and ROI, and build strategic partnerships with brands.

This position sells exclusively digital offerings—no print responsibilities—and will play a key role in scaling our digital and influencer-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell digital-first marketing solutions, including:
  • Social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms)
  • Influencer and creator partnerships
  • Sponsored digital content and branded storytelling
  • Email newsletters and audience-based digital placements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to package and pitch custom, campaign-based solutions.
  • Consult with clients to understand KPIs, budgets, and campaign objectives.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, from pitch through post-campaign reporting. Identify new business opportunities and stay current on social trends, platform changes, and creator marketing best practices.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Background in digital advertising, agency sales, influencer marketing, or social media strategy.
  • Proven ability to sell custom campaigns, not just fixed-rate ads.
  • Strong understanding of social metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
  • Confident communicator who can pitch ideas, negotiate packages, and close deals.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Passion for local brands, creative storytelling, and community-driven marketing.
