The Digital Warrior Experience Director will drive WWP's digital strategy, focusing on enhancing our digital presence for program delivery. Collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams, this role ensures significant and enriching interactions with our warriors, paving the way for an engaging digital experience. You will work across departments to identify and implement digital transformations that align with WWP's mission and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Warrior Experience Director to formulate and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee digital initiatives and platform management encompassing strategic planning, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and development support to Warrior Experience team members across various locations, promoting a culture of collaboration and digital excellence.
- Manage all aspects related to WWP's MyWWP portal, including enhancements, user feedback, and feature oversight.
- Partner with IT to manage technical vendors and ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Establish operational procedures and workflows to ensure sustainability and scalability of digital programs.
- Ensure that MyWWP updates align with Salesforce functionalities and enhance the overall warrior experience.
- Work cross-functionally with various WWP departments to ensure cohesive digital experience integration.
- Guide teams through transitions associated with new digital tools, supporting adoption and alignment with processes.
- Facilitate communication among leadership to optimize resources and enhance collaboration.
- Serve as a key resource for program teams, ensuring alignment with technical and user experience requirements.
- Leverage user research and analytics to prioritize enhancements that improve the warrior journey.
- Participate in training and meetings, including orientation and various departmental workshops.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand WWP programs and seamlessly integrate them to meet diverse warrior needs.
- Experience leading digital initiatives focused on customer experience and product lifecycle.
- Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on fostering innovation and achieving impactful results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship management abilities and comfort in maintaining professional connections.
- Effective leadership in a dynamic environment with strong operational acumen.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and its integration to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in user research and implementing data-driven enhancements.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards in personal and business conduct.
- A mission-driven orientation and a positive team spirit.
Experience and Education
- Five years leading digital product or platform teams, focusing on roadmap and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Five years of staff management experience.
- Experience leading change management in digital projects.
- Four years enhancing digital user experiences through data analysis and user feedback.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Certifications
- Ability to obtain ASIST Certification within the first year of hire.
