Responsibilities: Develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI. Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Develop and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and community interaction. Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to attract and retain target audiences. Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Manage digital marketing budgets and track performance against key metrics (KPIs). Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website user experience and conversion rates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative storytelling. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for data-driven results.
