Senior Creative Director - Digital Media

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of innovative digital creative strategies that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals. Conceptualize and oversee the production of high-quality digital content, including video, interactive media, social campaigns, and web assets. Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, animators, and video producers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and product teams to ensure creative integrity and strategic alignment across all digital touchpoints. Translate creative concepts into tangible briefs, guiding teams through the execution process from ideation to final delivery. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience behavior shifts to ensure our digital creative remains fresh, relevant, and impactful. Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating vision and rationale effectively. Manage creative budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all digital platforms. Evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and iterate based on data-driven insights and audience feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film, Marketing, or a related creative field; Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles within digital media, advertising, or entertainment industries. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful digital creative projects and campaigns. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor creative teams. Expertise in digital storytelling, user experience (UX) design principles, and current digital content formats. Proficiency with relevant creative software and digital production tools. Exceptional strategic thinking, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A deep understanding of audience engagement strategies across various digital platforms.
