Lead Marketing Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Marketing Business Analyst responsible for driving advanced analytics initiatives within the marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop predictive models and conduct A / B testing to optimize marketing strategies
Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Design reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation and modeling
Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and data governance standards
