About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale our digital presence. This role focuses on SEO, paid advertising, website optimization, and lead generation for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and local SEO performance.
• Monitor and analyze results using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
• Improve organic rankings, traffic quality, and lead conversions.
• Create and manage digital content for websites and social media.
• Maintain basic CRM and lead tracking systems.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of improving rankings and generating leads.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Availability for partial overlap with Canadian time zones.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in healthcare, dental, or local service marketing.
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization experience.
