Role Description

This is an unpaid part-time remote role for a Digital Design Intern (AI Video)_Bilingual Mandarin at Philo Homes. You'll be at the forefront of AI-powered storytelling, creating content that showcases how technology can make sophisticated design accessible. This is an opportunity to build your portfolio while shaping how we communicate cutting-edge interior design technology.

The AI Video Creator will be responsible for writing video scripts and producing complete videos using generative AI tools. You'll work closely with the social media team to create engaging video content for Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft scripts that translate interior design concepts into engaging 15-60 second narratives for Instagram Reels, Pinterest Video Pins, and Facebook video content
• Produce complete videos using generative AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or HeyGen
• Integrate music, sound effects, and captions into final video deliverables
• Optimize video content for platform-specific best practices across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Collaborate with the social media team to align video content with campaign calendars and brand aesthetics

Qualifications

• Strong scriptwriting skills with understanding of social media video pacing and storytelling
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and Facebook video formats and audience behaviors
• Good visual and aesthetic sensibility
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Understanding of interior design, home decor, or lifestyle content (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
