MathWorks is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will partner with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative—to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment across global and regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, buyer personas, and regional go-to-market plans.
  • Create campaign playbooks with messaging frameworks, KPIs, and tactics.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure localization and execution consistency.

Execution & Optimization

  • Manage campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and paid media channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and delivery.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Support sales enablement with campaign assets and tools.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report campaign metrics, including engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Represent campaign performance in governance meetings and leadership reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and funnel analysis.
  • Experience in global campaign management and regional localization.
  • Familiarity with persona frameworks, segmentation, and targeted messaging.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage complex workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
