The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing for Fragrance and Beauty in Canada to lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand stewardship, commercial growth, and integrated campaign performance. This role involves defining and owning the marketing vision, leading product launches, and managing a promotion budget. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with developing and overseeing CRM strategy, as well as inspiring and leading a high-performing marketing team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, merchandising, and global teams, is essential for alignment and execution.

Applicants must have a proven leadership experience of at least 10 years, with a preference for those with a background in premium, luxury, or FMCG marketing. Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen, along with digital savviness, is required. The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Experience in retail, omnichannel, and wholesale landscapes, as well as in product launch planning, is also necessary. The ability to leverage market and consumer insights to inform strategy, manage budgets, and track marketing performance metrics is a key requirement. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset for national communication.
