The Opportunity
KINGSTON is expanding our Trade Program, serving interior designers, builders, and contractors across the U.S. We’re seeking a driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing Ecommerce and PRO Trade Sales team at our Chino, CA headquarters.
This is an opportunity to represent a respected national brand, work with design professionals, and grow long-term relationships that drive both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing Trade partners (designers, builders, contractors, and hospitality accounts).
- Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into active, repeat customers.
- Provide tailored product recommendations and project quotes for design and build professionals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver a premium service experience.
- Track and manage account activity through CRM and Ecommerce platforms (HubSpot, Shopify, etc.).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success - ideally within home improvement, design, or building products.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative sales approach with an eye for design and detail.
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and goal-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Additional Details
- Location: On-site at our Chino, CA headquarters.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- Tools & Systems: HubSpot CRM, Shopify, ZenDesk, and LiveChat.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
