Your Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting national sales activities, with a primary focus on managing the full RFP lifecycle and sales coordination.

This is an operations-driven role. Approximately 85% of the position is dedicated to RFP management, sales pipeline coordination, and process ownership, from monitoring portals and coordinating site tours, to gathering documentation, managing timelines, and submitting accurate, compliant proposals on time. The remaining scope supports executional marketing tasks, internal coordination, and corporate events.

You will act as the central point of coordination across sales, operations, and leadership, ensuring visibility, accountability, and “no surprises” throughout the process.

Success in this role is defined by independence, accuracy, and proactive follow-up — not by creativity or strategy development.

Compensation

Expected base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year. Our client also offers 100% employer-paid health benefits and the opportunity to build a long-term career.
