You will manage hundreds of daily shipments across multiple carriers, identify risk before failure occurs, and take full ownership of issues impacting delivery, cost, and customer trust.

Proactively identify delays, risks, and failure patterns before escalation
Open, manage, and resolve carrier investigations when required
Work directly with FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post

Provide clear visibility into shipment risk, open cases, and outcomes
Partner closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams
Continuously improve tracking processes and exception workflows
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in an eCommerce, front office logistics, or order fulfillment environment
Experience managing hundreds of shipments per day
Proven exposure to high value or regulated shipment handling
Strong systems aptitude with tracking tools, dashboards, or ERP platforms
Comfort using data and analytics to prevent issues before they occur
Experience working directly with major parcel carriers
Clear sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
Strong professional drive with a desire to manage to success and avoid failure
Calm, confident communicator in high pressure situations
Comfortable working full time in office
Why This Role Matters
You protect customer trust in a high volume eCommerce operation
You own shipment risk and loss prevention at scale
You influence systems, processes, and long term operational performance
You are trusted to act, decide, and prevent failure
If you enjoy ownership, high stakes decision making, and using data to drive better outcomes in an eCommerce environment, we would like to hear from you.
More information about the company and location will be shared during the interview process. Apply through Indeed to be considered.
