Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the e-commerce platform. Managing and optimizing paid search (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Creating compelling and engaging content for social media channels, website, and email marketing. Executing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases. Collaborating with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Reporting on marketing performance and providing actionable insights for optimization.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and engagement, is required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media ad platforms, email marketing software) are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are highly desirable for this role in **Quebec City, Quebec, CA**.
