Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the enterprise marketing pipeline, including strategy, planning, and performance metrics
Lead the development and execution of full-funnel enterprise programs and initiatives
Build and oversee the SDR function, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales efforts
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or ABM focused on enterprise buyers
Proven track record of owning and forecasting an enterprise pipeline
Experience in managing and building high-performing SDR teams
Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and multi-stakeholder sales processes
Ability to operate strategically and execute in a fast-paced startup environment
