Business Process Transformation Consultant

A company is looking for a Principal Business Process Transformation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Assess current operating models and workflows to understand inter-team and inter-system work dynamics

Design future-state processes that enhance operational efficiency and consistency

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business process transformation or operational strategy

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives

Strong expertise in process mapping and operational analysis

Proven ability to develop scalable business solutions from complex operational challenges

Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology certification is preferred
