Agile Transformation Coach

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide teams through the transition to product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams and leaders in transitioning from project-centric to product-oriented delivery

Facilitate workshops and support the evolution of governance and funding models

Provide hands-on coaching to cross-functional teams and deliver actionable feedback to leadership

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach or in similar roles

Proven success in coaching transitions from project to product and waterfall to agile

Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, product management practices, and iterative delivery models

Experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, SAFe SPC) preferred
