We are opening our first multi-specialty health centers serving Medicare- eligible patients, with plans for expansion into multiple markets.
Town Square Health is looking for bold, collaborative, thoughtful, and highly effective people to join our team.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead Town Square Health’s marketing strategy across patient acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a growth-minded marketer who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and social impact.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in digital marketing, performance media, and growth experimentation—preferably in a value-based care or senior-focused healthcare environment. You’ll lead efforts to scale new patient enrollment, strengthen our market presence, and support expansion into new regions.

Digital Marketing Leadership
- Oversee performance media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.) and CRM-driven nurture campaigns to build scalable growth pipelines.
- Optimize the website and landing pages for SEO, SEM, and conversion rate improvements.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business goals and ROI.
Team and Vendor Management
- Supervise and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, consultants, and agencies to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Develop clear performance goals and ensure alignment across all internal and external marketing resources.
Brand and Messaging
- Translate Town Square Health’s mission and care model into compelling storytelling that resonates with older adults, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and community marketing channels.
- Partner with the Outreach and Engagement team to integrate local activation efforts (events, partnerships, etc.) with digital campaigns for maximum impact.
Data and Insights
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, campaign ROI, and patient acquisition trends.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Clinical teams to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within healthcare, senior care, or insurance.
- Proven success driving measurable patient or consumer acquisition through digital channels.
- Deep understanding of paid media, CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with healthcare consumer behavior, Medicare Advantage marketing, or value-based care strongly preferred.
