DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Topsider Homes is the designer and fabricator of high-end custom timber frame post & beam homes, sold and shipped worldwide since 1968. The company seeks an individual to conceive, execute and manage the Company’s digital marketing efforts. This is a not a remote-work position.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years professional digital marketing experience including AI, SEO, PPC, Social Media and Website development background.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related technology , with basic hands-on knowledge of common software used in this type of position.
• Strategic marketing perspective and the technical knowledge to achieve results - some with outside vendors.
• Skilled in SEO and competitive research using best AI available tools.
• Strong analytical skills to review data, analyze results and take action.
• Google Analytics certified – a plus.
• Knowledgeable and skilled at all AI and other SERP ranking strategies including link building.
• Ability to optimize copy and landing pages for best SERP results, including using AI.
• Able to identify and work with outside vendors in various technical areas.

COMPENSATION: From $60k to start, based on experience and qualifications.

Topsider Homes is the maker of a proprietary building system used for residential and commercial construction. Its applications include high-end custom primary residences, vacation homes, resort homes, and light commercial projects. Many thousands of Its structures have been shipped and built throughout the world since 1968. Topsider Homes’ modern facilities are located on a pleasant suburban 15-acre campus site in Clemmons, North Carolina, 10 minutes west of Winston-Salem.
