Associate Brand Manager - VALORANT

As an Associate Brand Manager on the Global Publishing team for VALORANT, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that bring the game to life for players around the world. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Brand Management, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality, player-focused campaigns and content that stay true to the VALORANT brand.

Duties

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, helping manage timelines, asset delivery, and coordination across teams.
- Assist in creating campaign briefs and player journey maps, incorporating insights and data from player research.
- Partner with Creative and Production teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
- Coordinate with regional publishing teams to localize and adapt global campaigns for regional audiences.
- Track campaign performance and compile learnings in partnership with the Insights team.
- Help maintain VALORANT's brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all player touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to support development of user acquisition assets and campaigns.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, brand management, or publishing role in gaming, entertainment, or related sectors.
- Experience supporting or contributing to integrated marketing campaigns in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong project management skills — organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and growth teams to deliver on campaign milestones.
- Familiarity with live service or competitive games; shooter experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with international teams or partners on multi-market campaigns.
- Familiarity with VALORANT or other Shooter titles a strong plus
- Experience working on games with large and passionate audience bases
- You are up to date with the gaming and entertainment industry's newest trends and technologies, especially mobile and/or shooter games
