About the Role
We're looking for an E-Commerce Lead to own customer acquisition and drive growth for Biofy Shop. You'll operate across paid and organic channels - social, search, email, website - with an obsessive focus on optimization, reach, and conversion. This is a hands‑on role for someone with D2C experience who knows how to acquire customers profitably and iterate daily as channels evolve. Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition across all channels: paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and conversion
- Continuously test and iterate - creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging - to improve performance
- Build and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase
- Develop email/SMS lifecycle marketing to drive retention and LTV
- Analyze performance data daily and make rapid decisions to scale what works
- Collaborate with BioDAOs to craft compelling product stories and launch campaigns
- Manage and grow organic channels including social media, SEO, and community
- Support international fulfillment setup as we scale into new markets
Requirements
- 5+ years of health, wellness or supplement e-commerce experience at a D2C brand, with hands‑on customer acquisition responsibility
- Proven track record of scaling paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) profitably
- Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing - paid, organic, email, website optimization
- Obsessive about optimization: you test constantly and let data drive decisions
- Strong analytical skills - fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, and attribution
- Experience building e-commerce operations from early stage to growth
- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving, autonomous remote environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or headless commerce platforms
- Interest in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized communities
- Experience with influencer marketing or community‑led growth
