Parallel is seeking a Digital Commerce & SEO Manager to drive organic growth and optimize the digital customer experience across our retail markets in Florida, Massachusetts, and Texas.
This role sits within the Marketing team and will own SEO strategy, website performance, and digital merchandising across our ecommerce platforms, ensuring our digital storefront supports retail growth, product discovery, and promotional execution.
We're looking for a hands-on operator who understands how to translate marketing strategy into search visibility, site performance, and revenue-driving digital experiences.

What You'll Own
SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute Parallel's SEO strategy across all digital properties.
- Lead keyword strategy, technical SEO improvements, and on-page optimization.
- Partner with content and marketing teams to ensure all web content is optimized for search and discoverability.
- Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and search performance to identify growth opportunities.
Website & CMS Management
- Manage content and structure across Parallel's CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Maintain landing pages, store pages, and promotional content across markets.
- Continuously optimize site navigation and page structure to improve the customer journey.
Ecommerce & Digital Merchandising
- Own digital merchandising strategy across ecommerce platforms including Dutchie and online ordering systems.
- Align product placement, category organization, and featured promotions with retail priorities.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns through strategic digital merchandising.
- Ensure digital storefronts accurately reflect store assortment and promotions.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze digital performance including traffic, search rankings, and ecommerce engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, product discovery, and digital customer experience.
- Provide actionable insights to marketing and retail teams to support revenue growth.
Cross-Market Collaboration
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support digital initiatives across Florida, Massachusetts, and Texas.
- Ensure consistency across markets while adapting for local promotions and product priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth marketing roles.
- Proven experience owning SEO strategy and execution.
- Strong experience managing CMS platforms and website content.
- Experience with digital merchandising in ecommerce environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to balance data-driven decisions and creative presentation.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or cannabis preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over (Industry Requirement)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Industry Requirement)
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Industry Requirement)
Education
- Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree in marketing or related field preferred
