Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (DOE)

Join Midwest Refuah Health Center (MRHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike, as a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist! This role is perfect for innovative marketers who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about enhancing community health visibility through engaging content and effective campaigns.

You will be instrumental in driving MRHC's marketing efforts across various channels, primarily focusing on social media, advertising, and public outreach. As you collaborate with the Marketing Committee, you'll take charge of daily operations on social platforms, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure strong community engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Social Media Management: Oversee MRHC's social media presence through content creation, strategic posting, and fostering community connections.
• Advertising: Lead the design, coordination, and distribution of marketing ads across all platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
• Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media and community partners, facilitating outreach and organizing health initiatives and events.
• Website Management: Keep the MRHC website updated with compelling content and ensure alignment with organizational branding.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, track metrics, and provide insights to enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficiency in ad design and content creation tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with website CMS and blogging.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance tools (like Google Analytics).
• Excellent organizational capabilities and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sectors is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!
