Join our dynamic team as an e-Commerce Operations Supervisor, where you will oversee daily operations in our e-Commerce department to meet and exceed our sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Drive exceptional customer experiences by ensuring ease of shopping, product variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Recruit, interview, and select candidates for the online shopping department.
  • Create schedules to effectively manage product flow and meet operational demands.
  • Mentor team members to meet productivity standards and certify associates who excel.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Provide training on the functions and duties of order selectors and customer attendants.
  • Lead the team in planning and executing e-Commerce initiatives.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment with appropriate substitutions when necessary.
  • Implement best practices for order collection, product management, and delivery processes.
  • Report inventory issues like out-of-stock items promptly to department heads.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment used in the e-Commerce department.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management about operational strategies and effectiveness.
  • Monitor department expenses and ensure preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Supervise and coach team members, including performance reviews and feedback.
  • Foster a positive, cooperative work environment, even under pressure.
  • Handle conflicts constructively and with a collaborative approach.
  • Act with integrity concerning customer and business information.
  • Engage directly with a diverse range of customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, or crouch multiple times per hour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
