Job Description
Purpose
To strengthen how ET Group communicates its ideas, services, and solutions through clear, compelling visual content that supports sales conversations, digital content, and overall marketing experience.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Development to design visual assets that bring ET Group’s services to market and support the sales journey.
- Design visual assets that support website, social media, and digital content.
- Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations used in sales conversations.
- Produce marketing and educational videos using modern video and design tools.
- Support visual content creation including photography of client projects for case studies, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Transform complex ideas into clear visual formats.
- Evolve and maintain ET Group’s visual brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing and sales materials.
- Continuously explore new tools and formats that improve how ET Group communicates visually.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic or visual design roles supporting marketing or sales teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across presentations, digital marketing assets, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing assets for B2B marketing environments, particularly complex services or technology-driven businesses.
- Experience designing sales presentations and supporting sales enablement materials.
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual communication including diagrams, infographics, and structured visuals.
- High proficiency with modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Synthesia or similar platforms.
- Experience capturing and editing photography that supports marketing content such as case studies, project documentation, and digital media.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining and evolving brand standards.

- Annual salary range: 85-95k CAD per year.
- Ability to obtain required security clearances and confidentiality agreements.
