Requirements

  • We’re looking for a strong communicator with a solid understanding of digital marketing basics, project management and AI,

  • A bachelor’s or graduate degree in English, Communications or equivalent experience,
  • A strong portfolio of digital writing and editing examples,
  • 3 years of professional working experience in a digital copywriting role,
  • An intuitive ability to go beyond basic AI prompting, with experience creating custom bots or agentic AI, to serve as a catalyst for creativity and efficiency,
  • Superior understanding and application of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax (AP style preferred),
  • An extreme attention to detail and consistency,
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines,
  • A knack for writing to nuanced audiences, and interpreting legal/stakeholder feedback to find the best solutions,
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices,
  • Experience with project management and workflow tools, e.g. Asana, Slack, etc. to manage your work and communicate,
  • Plus, if you have experience with:,
  • SEO keyword research tools,
  • UX writing or Figma,
  • Social media marketing and/or live scriptwriting experience

What the job involves

  • As a Digital Marketing Copywriter at Enova, you’ll help craft the voice of our many brands, creating compelling copy across our marketing channels and digital touchpoints,
  • From website optimization and email campaigns to SEO, long-form blogs, social media and paid content, you’ll work closely with other creatives, marketing and legal/compliance to help us deliver messaging that brings our lending products to life,
  • Develop copy and narratives that align with our marketing strategies and business objectives, writing for blogs, email, landing pages, paid search and more,
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brand, our financial products, markets, target customers, competitive advantages, legal guardrails and brand voice,
  • Create and refine custom AI bots and workflows to help the team brainstorm, research and edit high-volume content that’s human-like, on-brand and aligned with legal requirements,
  • Build strong partnerships with designers, copywriters, coders, marketers and product managers to influence creative strategies and outcomes,
  • Balance hands‑on content creation and editing with project management timelines — owning your projects from concept stage to on-time execution,
  • Solidify creative briefs and interpret stakeholder feedback with a flexible, open mindset,
  • Contribute to the creative and editing process by reviewing peer work,
  • Regularly pitch work to internal clients and stakeholders
