Join Elekta as a Product Marketing Operations Intern supporting oncology software solutions with hybrid work in San Jose, CA.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing
- Project manage production of customer proof points by coordinating briefs, content contributors, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely review, approval, and release of final assets
- Pilot and document practical uses of approved AI tools for team workflows, testing approaches, and creating clear guidelines for effective, scalable adoption
- Program manage census of sales assets and identify sales toolkit gaps
- Design visual communications such as presentations and infographics that clarify complex ideas and improve information retention
- Create sales enablement materials in various digital formats
- Produce and refine content by writing, recording, and editing copy and multimedia to deliver clear, timely messaging
- Drive awareness and adoption of sales tools through targeted internal communications and external distribution channels
- Collaborate closely with the Oncology Software Solutions Business Line Product Marketing team and gain exposure to Product Management, Marketing Communications, and Regional Sales and Marketing
About You
What you'll need
- Completed or completing an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Transferrable skills from prior professional experience or academic coursework relevant to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Business, or Product Management are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments
- Resourcefulness in finding information and answers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work well within a team and independently with limited guidance
Compensation & Benefits
- US base pay of $25/hr
- Hybrid work option with required on-site presence at least 3 days per week
