Director of E-commerce Marketing

We are an online apparel startup with an e-commerce storefront based in Phoenix. We are seeking a Director of Marketing who is passionate about building high-performing campaigns, elevating brand storytelling, and driving measurable growth across our digital channels.

In this role, you will work directly with the founder to shape and execute our marketing, advertising, and email strategy.

This is a highly hands-on position within a startup environment, where creativity, resourcefulness, and the thoughtful use of AI-powered tools are essential to developing impactful campaigns with lean resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on revenue growth and performance-driven campaigns
• Experience in product marketing within a direct-to-consumer environment, ideally in apparel, beauty, or wellness
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality execution
• Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience using spreadsheets and analytics platforms to inform decisions
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market and activation strategies
• Comfortable working within agile workflows and fast-moving team environments

The Job

• Own and manage the marketing content calendar, continuously monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns
• Craft compelling brand stories and campaigns across the website, digital advertising, email, and social channels
• Oversee creative workflows including graphic design and social media execution
• Identify and recommend website improvements that enhance user experience and conversion
• While deep channel specialization is not required, a strong working understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, and paid social) and what drives success across them will be valuable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
