Digital Marketing Team Lead

  • Manage a digital marketing team on a daily basis;
  • Plan and predict workloads and allocate necessary resources;
  • Determine the budget and adjudicate the risks of a project;
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout every project;
  • Communicate the progress of a project to all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Organize various client meetings such as kickoffs, touchpoints, monthly reports, etc.;
  • Carry out projects while ensuring profitability and according to set objectives and established deadlines;
  • Keep up with evolving technological and digital trends.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent;
  • 5-10 years of project management experience;
  • 5-10 years of agency experience, an asset;
  • Strong social media knowledge;
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising platforms;
  • Strong Google Analytics knowledge;
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, LeadFox, an asset;
  • Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint certifications, an asset;
