Ready to Drive Organic Growth That Converts?Window Nation is seeking a data-driven and strategic SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. As we continue to expand our organic reach across 30+ markets, we need an SEO expert who can build and execute a corporate-level strategy that drives qualified traffic and measurable lead generation.

Core Role Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate SEO strategy focused on lead generation and conversion optimization

Monitor and analyze daily SEO performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement

Manage multi-location SEO initiatives across 30+ markets, optimizing both Google My Business and local website content

Lead local SEO efforts to maximize visibility and conversions in each regional market

Conduct daily analysis of organic traffic patterns and conversion funnels, translating complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Transform our SEO reporting framework to provide market-level insights with full funnel attribution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Paid Media, CRO, Analytics, Creative, and Web teams to align strategies

Implement technical SEO best practices and work with developers to resolve site performance issues

Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging trends, including AI and LLM impacts on search

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a focus on lead generation

Proven track record of building and executing corporate-level SEO strategies

Expert knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and enterprise SEO tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect organic metrics to business outcomes

Experience managing multi-location SEO campaigns

Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success improving organic traffic and conversion rates for lead-gen businesses

Experience developing custom SEO reporting frameworks with sales attribution

Deep understanding of local SEO best practices and Google My Business optimization

Content strategy experience with knowledge of SEO writing and E-E-A-T principles

Forward-thinking approach to AI and LLM's impact on search behavior and algorithms

Home services or similar industry experience

Technical SEO expertise including site speed optimization and schema markup
