Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Digital Banking Strategy to shape the future of their online and mobile banking services in New York City, New York, US . This executive position will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of digital banking initiatives, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and competitive customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying emerging digital trends, analyzing customer needs, and developing strategies to leverage technology for growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include defining the digital banking product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing specialists, to bring digital products to life. This role involves conducting competitive analysis, staying abreast of FinTech innovations, and identifying partnership opportunities. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels, monitoring performance, and iterating on strategies to achieve targets. Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and security standards in the development and deployment of digital solutions is paramount. You will work closely with retail banking, marketing, and IT departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of the digital strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, digital strategy, or online banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the financial services industry, is required. Proven success in developing and launching successful digital banking products and platforms is essential. Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer experience design (CX), agile methodologies, and emerging financial technologies is mandatory. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to influence and lead diverse teams are critical.
