Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy across the entire customer journey

Lead and mentor a team of directors to align strategies within the Growth Pod

Oversee performance marketing, affiliate management, ASO, and content marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Growth within the consumer subscription industry, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven success in optimizing the full marketing funnel for acquisition, conversion, and retention

Expertise in data analysis, analytics tools, and understanding of unit economics

Experience thriving in a Series B / C startup environment with a focus on maximizing LTV : CAC

Demonstrated success in influencing product and engineering roadmaps as part of a cross-functional team
