Head of Marketing Performance

A company is looking for a Head of Marketing Performance to architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Direct performance marketing strategy across various channels and oversee testing and creative direction
Identify and implement non-traditional acquisition channels to diversify marketing efforts and reduce customer acquisition costs
Optimize the customer journey and develop a content strategy that enhances visibility across digital platforms
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2C e-commerce, preferably with brands achieving $10M+ in annual revenue
Experience in building performance marketing systems from the ground up
Proven ability to leverage both digital and non-digital channels for measurable ROI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
Familiarity with fractional leadership models and efficiency in strategic direction
