Director of Growth

A company is looking for a Director of Growth to lead its marketing organization and accelerate brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop growth strategy across all business segments including education and live events

Manage all paid advertising channels and optimize performance metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns and oversee a small team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

8 to 12+ years of experience in managing paid and owned social advertising and growth marketing

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset

Experience in both B2C and B2B environments is a plus

Proven track record in building brands and managing budgets
