Key Responsibilities

Own and manage channel performance, including strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization

Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results

Lead new channel expansion and strategize the full-funnel marketing roadmap for growth

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with 2+ years focused on paid search and Google channels

2+ years of strategic consulting experience, ideally from top firms (MBB or equivalent)

Strong quantitative analytical skills with experience in full-funnel metrics

Proven ability to design and execute experiments end-to-end

Deep technical knowledge of the paid growth ecosystem
