Head of Regional Digital Delivery - North Region

Department: Corporate/Administrative

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote- USA

Description

The Head of Regional Digital Delivery - North Region is an executive‑level leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation, standardization of delivery practices, and adoption of new technologies and tools across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of project delivery and technology strategy, with a clear mandate to improve how work is executed-by shaping delivery standards, enabling project teams, and guiding the practical use of digital and AI‑enabled tools. This is not a traditional IT leadership role; it is a business‑aligned, largely externally focused technology leadership position centered on client delivery, project execution, and value creation.

The Head of Regional Digital Delivery is a member of the Regional Executive Team (RET) and reports directly to the Regional CEO, serving as a trusted advisor on digital delivery, innovation, and operational performance.

While this is a senior individual‑contributor role and does not carry responsibility for managing a large standing organization, it is an executive position with significant regional accountability-operating through influence, thought leadership, and activation of delivery and digital champions across offices. This role is intentionally designed as an executive IC position.

In this capacity, the role identifies operational friction points, translates insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborates with Regional and IT leadership to drive material, scalable improvements in delivery consistency, efficiency, and business outcomes across the North Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional digital delivery strategy aligned to business goals, client needs, and emerging trends.
  • Lead the shift from legacy methods to tech‑enabled, AI‑augmented delivery models.
  • Build a pragmatic transformation roadmap that ties initiatives to measurable business impact (quality, speed, margin, safety).
  • Support the region's digital maturity and integrated delivery goals in partnership with operations and enterprise IT.
  • Standardize delivery practices and common ways of working across offices and service lines.
  • Establish and govern standards, templates, and model practices and ensure adoption.
  • Train and coach teams; create enablement assets and delivery playbooks that scale consistently.
  • Identify operational friction points in project execution and design practical remedies.
  • Prioritize, pilot, and scale AI and emerging tools that materially improve delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain a use‑case backlog with ROI, change impact, and scale plans; track benefits realization.
  • Collaborate with data leaders to connect analytics, data architecture, and field use for performance lift.
  • Influence client decisions toward modern, tech‑enabled ways of working; co‑create proofs of value.
  • Support pursuits and strategic accounts with clear digital value propositions and differentiators.
  • Apply design thinking and process mapping to craft seamless, scalable experiences for internal teams and clients.
  • Lead business process redesign that embeds technology and automation for efficiency and scale.
  • Champion business cases and ROI models for technology‑driven transformation; align investments to outcomes.
  • Translate insights into crisp, actionable recommendations for Regional and IT leadership.
  • Partner with IT/Product to shape vision and requirements for delivery‑enabling tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to a fit‑for‑purpose product lifecycle (discovery → launch → iteration) without owning a large team.
  • Establish light, outcomes‑focused program management structures for external‑facing solutions (as needed).
  • Operate as an executive individual contributor, leading through influence and expertise (no large standing team).
  • Activate and coach a regional champion network to drive adoption and feedback loops across offices.
  • Run light governance for prioritization, progress tracking, and benefit realization; communicate clearly to leaders and teams.
  • Promote a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the region.
