About the Role

The E-Commerce Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of TWDC Store Operations and will oversee various essential functions for the success and growth of our e-commerce division. This includes overseeing merchandise buying, fostering positive vendor relationships, developing pricing strategies, managing orders, supervising inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce website. You will also manage the fulfillment and distribution department, providing leadership to a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Write and edit product content; collaborate with graphic and digital designers to keep site visuals fresh and engaging.
  • Manage online inventory levels and develop innovative strategies to boost sales and traffic.
  • Lead the fulfillment and distribution team consisting of three employees.

Minimum Experience/Skills Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record with e-commerce platforms.
  • Background in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with merchandising software systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A keen eye for web design and detail is essential.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, developing targeted solutions.
  • A degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $90,300 - $116,800 per year. Compensation will consider internal equity and may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included as part of the overall compensation package, along with a comprehensive benefits offering.
