Role Overview

As the Project Manager for Global PMO (AI Transformation), you will be integral in coordinating and realizing a series of AI-focused transformation projects. This role is situated within the Global PMO, playing a part in strategizing, governing, and implementing initiatives that advance our AI enterprise vision. The perfect candidate will marry rigorous project management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across regions, time zones, and hierarchical levels, from team members to top executives. This highly visible, global role demands exceptional organizational capabilities and communicative prowess.

Working Conditions

This role is entirely remote, necessitating suitable eligibility to work within the United States.

Role Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of AI transformation projects, from inception through completion.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports, ensuring risks, dependencies, and milestones are managed.
Facilitate global coordination across various regions, maintaining continuity and integration among teams.
Support the Global PMO governance system, imparting consistent standards and reporting methodologies.
Develop executive-level material summarizing project updates, risks, and decisions for leadership discussions.
Collaborate across business, technical, and partner units to align goals, timelines, and dependencies.
Predict and address delivery challenges promptly, facilitating effective decision-making.
Enhance PMO tools, templates, and delivery methodologies continually.

Qualifications

Over 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional and large-scale projects, ideally within technology or transformation sectors.
Proven track record in managing international stakeholders and navigating global time zones.
Comfort with flexible working hours to support global coordination.
Excellent communication ability with senior and executive leadership.
Strong organizational and collaborative skills, fostering teamwork across diverse global groups.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Experience with AI, data, or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are beneficial.
